Strengthening our churches with timely resources that strengthen their leaders
This new Vision Statement is tied to our Mission Statement: “Joining our hands to strengthen His Church.” Our vision for the near future is to strengthen His Church by strengthening our churches.
What are “our churches?”
We believe that churches belong to God, not man. “…our churches” refers to all churches that are part of our Fellowship family.
How will we strengthen our churches?
We believe we can most effectively strengthen churches by strengthening their pastors, elders, staff members, and volunteer ministry leaders.
How will we strengthen these leaders?
By developing and delivering timely, relevant resources that will help them lead biblically, wisely and efficiently.
What are some specific efforts that will be involved?
How can my church be involved?
While FEBC leaders will coordinate the development and delivery of resources, we rely heavily on our member churches to provide resource materials, volunteers to help other churches, prayer, funding, and other support that will aid in this effort.
When should my church ask for help?
Any time church leaders could benefit from the experience and training of others. Examples include developing new policies or documents, handling crises, hiring new pastors, training new elders, managing change, etc.
